About Industrial Garage Door
We are an industrial door repair and maintenance crew for warehouses, distribution centres, plants, yards and industrial units in Metro Vancouver. That's the only kind of site we serve.

The short version
Industrial Garage Door repairs and maintains the large doors on industrial buildings in Metro Vancouver: sectional overhead doors, loading dock doors and rolling steel doors. We work for facility, warehouse and operations managers and industrial property managers, plan every visit around shifts and shipping windows, keep written records for each door, and give a quote before any work starts.

Who we work for
Our customers run industrial buildings. Facility managers keeping a plant's bays open. Warehouse and operations managers who need every dock door working before the next trailer backs in. Industrial property managers looking after doors across several units or buildings.
Those doors are bigger, heavier and far busier than anything on a shop or a house. They cycle all shift, take hits from forklifts and trailers, and a single stuck door can back up a whole shipping schedule. We keep our work to that kind of door so the crew knows high-cycle springs, dock door seals, rolling steel curtains and chain hoists well.

How we run a job
Every job starts with details: the door size, rough age, panel or curtain type, the operator brand if there is one, and photos of the damage. That lets us bring the right parts and give you a quote before any work starts.
We then book the work around your floor. Early, late or between shifts, whichever keeps freight moving. When several doors need attention, we take them one at a time so the rest of the dock or yard stays usable.
After each repair or service visit, the door gets written up. Over time that gives you a history of every door's condition and repairs, which is useful for budgets and for insurers and landlords who ask for maintenance records.
What we do and what we leave to others
We repair warehouse and industrial sectional overhead doors, loading dock doors and industrial rolling steel doors, including their springs, cables, track, guides, seals, chain hoists and operators. We also run scheduled maintenance programs, for one building or several on one schedule.
We don't work on storefronts, offices, strata parkades or house garages. Dock levellers sit next to our work, so ask about yours when you call and we'll say whether it's something we cover.
We book visits Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm, across Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, Abbotsford, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, Delta, Maple Ridge, New Westminster and Port Coquitlam.
Common questions
- Are you only for industrial buildings?
- Yes. We work at warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturing plants, yards and industrial units, and nowhere else.
- What hours do you book work?
- Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm. Within those hours we can come early, late or between shifts to keep doors out of use for the shortest stretch.
- Can you look after doors at more than one building?
- Yes. Doors across several buildings or units can go on one maintenance schedule, with a record kept for each door.
- Do you quote before starting?
- Always. You get a quote before any work starts, based on the door details and photos you send and what we find on site.
- What records do you keep?
- Each door is written up on every visit, covering its condition, what was done and anything that will need repair soon.
